Once again, Piknic Electronik was the BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST gig of my year! Nothing else to say, but Montreal for me is the most magic and amazing place on the entire planet to play at, and the Piknic day is even more wonderful for all the nice people, the sun, the families, the kids, and especially those fireworks that every year fall perfectly on the beat of my music and make the night even more special! 2000 people dancing on my music for 7 hours, non-stop, there from the beginning of my set until the end. I was amazed to see how pack it still was at 10pm!! Thank you thank you thank you, to everyone who came and danced and smiled and screamed and really made my day. What you have to know about me, is that without you I am nothing. Without you smiling and enjoying what I do for you, I have no pleasure doing it. It’s a give and take situation, and you give me all the energy that I give back to you, and the loop goes on and on and on…. Also, on sunday I played the music that I love the most right now! This mixture of booty house, electro-house, acid-house and minimal techno…… thank you so much for letting me play what I really love and what really inspires me at the moment! For letting me do what i like, and for letting me tell my story the way I felt was right. You know, while I was playing on sunday afternoon I was thinking at some point that nothing in the world could have made me more happy than how I felt then, NO-THING! If they would have let me, I would have kept playing all night, all day after, all night after, and on and on and on, without ever stopping. Today I’d still be there, and next week, and the week after…. then winter comes, blahblahblah….. Thanks Montreal, I love you!!!!!!
